Dr. Florian Stalph

Florian’s research centres on data journalism, computational journalism, and newsroom innovation, focusing on how digital media practices transform the journalistic field.

Previously, he was a research assistant at the Centre for Media and Communication at the University of Passau, focusing on journalism studies. From 2018 to 2020, he coordinated the Communication & Media doctoral programme of the Bavarian Academic Forum, BayWISS.
